Yes. Our natural soaps are handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia, in small batches to help ensure quality and freshness.

How should I store my soap?
To help your soap last longer, store it in a dry place between uses. A well-draining soap dish is recommended to keep the bar dry.

Are your soaps cruelty-free?
Yes. Our soaps are never tested on animals and are handcrafted with care using quality ingredients.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia. International shipping may be available for select regions — options will appear at checkout if available for your location.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99 AUD. For orders under $99 AUD, a flat rate of $15.95 AUD applies. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery within Australia is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is available where offered by our courier partners. Available options will appear during checkout.
