What does LuviGlow sell?

We currently offer shapewear, activewear,  beauty tools and handmade natural soap using organic ingredients coming soon.

When will the soap be available?

Our handmade natural soap collection is coming soon. Be the first to know when it launches by signing up to our email list and we’ll send you an exclusive update (and possibly a special offer) as soon as the collection is live.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, LuviGlow ships within Australia only. If you are located overseas and are interested in our products, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist with your inquiry.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll assist you.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to help keep your information safe.

Everyone’s experience is different. Consistent use as part of your routine may help you get the most out of your product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All paid orders are final and cannot be changed once payment has been made. However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or update it—please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What is the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order in the tracking email you got when you placed the order.

We accept all Visa and Mastercard cards.

Which currency will I be charged in?
AUD or your local currency.

Do you offer fast shipping?
We ship with the fastest method possible; it just depends on how many orders we have to process that can determine the time of arrival for your order.

How can I track my package?
On the tracking email you received when you ordered your product.

What if I'm not home?
The courier company will inform you of an estimated day and time of arrival so you can ensure someone or you are there to pick it up.
