Refund policy
At LuviGlow, we want you to love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we offer a 30‑day change‑of‑mind return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a change‑of‑mind return, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unopened
• In their original condition
• With all tags and original packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address (if required).
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Shapewear Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit can take trial and error.
That’s why we offer one free size exchange per order on shapewear items, provided they are:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact
• Showing no signs of wear
For your first size exchange, LuviGlow will cover the cost of sending your replacement item. Customers are responsible for returning the original item unless it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Any additional exchanges will require the customer to pay the shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Non‑Returnable Items (Change‑of‑Mind)
For change‑of‑mind returns, we do not accept:
• Opened or used beauty tools
• Worn or tried‑on shapewear
• Opened personal care products (including soap)
• Custom or personalised items
• Sale items or gift cards
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, or misleading items.
Exchanges
To receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved (unless you are requesting a shapewear size exchange as outlined above).
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your change‑of‑mind return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@luviglow.com.
Return Shipping
• For change‑of‑mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We will cover the cost of shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable (except where required by Australian Consumer Law).
